Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with basic restaurant operations helpful
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, taking food orders
  • Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
  • Learn restaurant seating layout and understand server areas and food delivery processes
  • Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications
  • Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
  • Conduct side-work as required for each shift
