- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- no prior restaurant experience required as training is provided

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy environments
- friendly and approachable personality
- willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive
- manage the waitlist and seating flow efficiently
- update guests on wait times with a friendly attitude
- ensure tables are clean and ready for the next guests
- maintain a positive and composed demeanor during busy times
- collaborate with team members to provide seamless guest experiences
- assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed
