Job Qualifications

- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- ensure menus and dining areas are clean and sanitized
- provide friendly menu suggestions and answer guest inquiries
- regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints
- thank guests and bid them farewell with genuine hospitality
- assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
