  • must be at least 18 years old
  • able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable and punctual
  • able to perform physical tasks such as standing and walking for long periods
  • capable of maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • effective communication skills with guests and team members
  • willing to learn and adapt to restaurant policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • basic knowledge of restaurant operations
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • ensure menus and dining areas are clean and sanitized
  • provide friendly menu suggestions and answer guest inquiries
  • regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints
  • thank guests and bid them farewell with genuine hospitality
  • assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
