  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation

  • provide menus and assist guests with menu suggestions
  • facilitate smooth communication between guests and serving staff
  • express sincere thanks to guests and invite them to return
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the host station area
