Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically able to perform job duties
- Adherence to all safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and move about the restaurant
- Attention to detail and guest-focused mindset
