Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcomed
- Manage the waitlist and update guests on seating times
- Ensure dining tables are clean and ready for new guests
- Coordinate with dining room staff to maintain smooth flow
- Stay calm and composed during busy periods
- Provide positive and approachable customer service
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station
