Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to minimize guest wait times
- Communicate wait times and seating updates to guests with a positive attitude
- Prepare and set tables to ensure readiness for incoming guests
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth dining room operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve seating concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
