Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, setting the tone for their dining experience
  • manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant’s seating system
  • escort guests to tables and communicate seating details to servers and bussers
  • monitor guest flow and adjust seating plans to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • collaborate with servers, bussers, and runners to ensure seamless service transitions
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand, menus, and entry area
  • understand and embrace workplace culture, work as a team player, and follow all company policies
