- Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, setting the tone for their dining experience
- manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant’s seating system
- escort guests to tables and communicate seating details to servers and bussers
- monitor guest flow and adjust seating plans to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- collaborate with servers, bussers, and runners to ensure seamless service transitions
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand, menus, and entry area
- understand and embrace workplace culture, work as a team player, and follow all company policies
