Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- coordinate and control guest flow by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and warmly farewelling departing guests
- demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their tables and engaging with them along the way
- answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
- effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
- work collaboratively as a team player
- ensure guests have a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure
