Job Requirements

  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
  • coordinate and control guest flow by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and warmly farewelling departing guests
  • demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their tables and engaging with them along the way
  • answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
  • work collaboratively as a team player
  • ensure guests have a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure
