Job Duties
- Engage guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation when seating guests
- Introduce guests to their server personally
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Ensure smooth seating flow for efficient service
- Maintain communication with front and back of house staff to enhance guest experience
