Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods

No previous restaurant experience necessary as training is provided

Job Qualifications

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic organizational skills to manage waitlists and seating
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Manage waitlists and update guests with a positive attitude
Ensure dining tables are clean, set up, and ready for new guests
Coordinate with the dining room team to maintain smooth flow during busy periods
Assist guests with seating and provide information about wait times
Maintain an approachable and professional demeanor at all times
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
