Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Basic understanding of seating and reservation management
- Strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct to-go orders properly
- Manage the wait list and call ahead seating
- Keep the host/hostess area stocked with necessary items
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby area, menus, and restrooms
- Assist with guest inquiries and special requests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
