Job Requirements

Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well with others as a team
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Ability to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Basic understanding of seating and reservation management
Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
Answer phone calls and direct to-go orders properly
Manage the wait list and call ahead seating
Keep the host/hostess area stocked with necessary items
Maintain cleanliness of lobby area, menus, and restrooms
Assist with guest inquiries and special requests
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
