Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with basic iPad system functionality
- Clear communication skills
- Fun, energetic and committed team member

Job Duties
- Welcome each guest upon arrival and thank them when they leave
- Seat each guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist iPad system
- Keep guests entertained and positive while on a wait
- Answer phones and direct guest questions to the appropriate person
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to servers
- Assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times
