Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about wait times accurately and monitor the wait list
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Work closely with store management and team members to create a cohesive team environment
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by embodying the CPK High 5 values
- Assist with seating guests and managing flow during busy periods
- Support store operations as needed in an entry-level capacity
