- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage guests patiently and professionally

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating guests
- Manage the restaurant waiting list accurately during high volume periods
- Introduce servers to guests to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Maintain a welcoming and professional dining room atmosphere
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues promptly
