- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- willingness to learn and follow company policies
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm
- seat guests promptly and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area and restaurant entrance
- manage guest wait lists and provide accurate wait time estimates
- communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow
- invite guests to return to the restaurant
- handle customer inquiries and concerns politely and professionally
