Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- engage in courteous conversation to enhance guest experience
- manage the restaurant waiting list during peak times to effectively communicate wait expectations
- introduce guests to their servers promptly
- ensure that guest touch points including seating areas and host stand are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- support smooth flow of the dining room seating and overall guest satisfaction
