Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage the seating and reservation system using Open Table
- coordinate waitlists and ensure efficient seating arrangements
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth operations
- provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host area
