Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of accurate wait times and monitor the wait list
- Maintain the highest standard of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Work closely with store management and fellow employees to foster a team concept
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by living out the CPK High 5 principles
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host area
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude
