Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to multitask with attention to detail and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- previous customer service experience preferred

- basic knowledge of reservation and guest management systems
