Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for an extended period
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
- Pushing and pulling
- Lifting overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic English language proficiency
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation standards
- Professional and friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
- Explain the restaurant's unique service style to guests
- Manage the seating flow in the dining room effectively
- Recognize and engage with both regular and first-time guests
- Accommodate special needs and requests from guests
- Maintain composure and provide excellent service under pressure
- Ensure guests leave with a positive and memorable experience
