Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Manage the restaurant waiting list effectively during high volume periods
- Provide accurate wait time information to guests to set expectations
- Introduce guests to their servers to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points regularly
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Assist in coordinating seating and guest flow to maximize dining room efficiency
