Job Duties
- greet guests cheerfully and sincerely
- seat guests promptly and efficiently
- manage waitlists accurately by recording guest names
- answer telephone calls by the second ring
- maintain tidiness and attractiveness of the front diner area
- communicate professionally with guests, team members, and vendor partners
- collaborate with servers, expediters, and bussers to ensure smooth operations focusing on guest satisfaction
