Job Requirements
- Open and flexible schedule availability
- Food handler certification required
- ABC Responsible Beverage Server certification required
- Confident knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and food and wine knowledge
- Minimum two years of experience in fine dining or related hospitality
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with OpenTable reservation system
- Must be able to work part-time hours

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- Handle reservations and maintain the flow of guests in the dining room
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on craft cocktails, beer, food, and wine
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold food safety and beverage service standards
- Use OpenTable software for managing guest bookings and seating
