Job Requirements
- 1 year of host or related restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 20 pounds
- Developed English language skills both written and orally to communicate with other employees and guests
- Open Table experience preferred, not required
- Ability to walk or stand to a significant degree

Job Duties
- Greets all guests upon arrival and bids farewell to all guests upon departure
- Display a good telephone voice that is well understood and conveys a pleasant, caring, and polite attitude
- Distribute to guests the menu, wine list, wine by the glass list
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage product pricing structure and service standards, wine service standards, menu specials, restaurant hours of operations and special events
- Follow the specified format for reservation taking and confirmation
- Maintain knowledge of hotel accommodations for the handicapped and be able to communicate to them
- Assist in the set up and breakdown of food and/or beverage displays
- Adhere to all life/safety procedures
