Job Qualifications
- Previous service industry experience preferred but not required
- Some background in customer service is required
- Experience with OpenTable and managing guests over the phone is ideal
- Ability and desire to learn multiple positions over time
- Flexibility to adapt to changing and fluid service environments
- Strong knowledge of food handling and storage standards
- Committed to sustainable waste practices

Job Duties
- Manage guest interactions effectively both in-person and over the phone
- Organize and maintain a professional workstation including setup, replenishment, and cleaning
- Operate flexibly across multiple positions and service environments
- Uphold high-integrity food handling and storage procedures
- Demonstrate a commitment to sustainable waste practices
- Collaborate well with team members individually and collectively
- Maintain physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts, lift items over 20lbs as needed
