Job Qualifications

  • Previous service industry experience preferred but not required
  • Some background in customer service is required
  • Experience with OpenTable and managing guests over the phone is ideal
  • Ability and desire to learn multiple positions over time
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing and fluid service environments
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and storage standards
  • Committed to sustainable waste practices
  • Positive attitude and energy
  • Works well collaboratively and individually
  • Mindset focused on personal development and learning

Job Duties

  • Manage guest interactions effectively both in-person and over the phone
  • Organize and maintain a professional workstation including setup, replenishment, and cleaning
  • Operate flexibly across multiple positions and service environments
  • Uphold high-integrity food handling and storage procedures
  • Demonstrate a commitment to sustainable waste practices
  • Collaborate well with team members individually and collectively
  • Maintain physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts, lift items over 20lbs as needed
