Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must take and pass all training tests 90 percent or higher
- No previous experience required, however preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to manually manipulate objects frequently
- Ability to push/pull items weighing 13-25 lbs frequently
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Job Duties
- Assist guests in making reservations as they call or arrive at the restaurant utilizing Open Table reservation system
- Assist servers in making table assignments for guests based on reservation size, time, and restaurant availability according to Open Table
- Answer questions regarding restaurant hours of operation, menu items, and assist guests with any other requests as needed
- Seat guests correctly at assigned tables and provide them with necessary supplies such as menus, silverware, highchairs, etc.
- Answer incoming telephone calls within 3 rings in a friendly and professional manner
- Be able to multi-task between assisting guests as they arrive, answering the telephone, and assisting coworkers
- Effectively organize and utilize Open Table's reservation wait sheet
- Operate the electronic pager system according to the wait sheet and table availability
- Learn each server's name and corresponding section each shift and effectively rotate seating based on table availability
- Ability to utilize restaurant systems to predict and accurately quote wait times to guests
- Perform restroom checks to ensure they are clean and adequately stocked
- Collect and clean each menu as well as clean and restock the greeter work stations
- Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding attendance
