- ability to provide excellent customer service

- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- seat customers promptly and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area and restaurant entrance
- communicate effectively with serving staff to manage guest flow
- provide guests with information about the menu and special promotions
- handle guest inquiries and concerns with care and professionalism
- invite guests to return and foster positive relationships
