Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals enthusiastically
- Seat guests efficiently and provide a friendly farewell to departing guests
- Demonstrate hospitality by escorting guests to their tables and engaging them during the walk
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Be a team player and work well with others
