Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
  • Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals enthusiastically
  • Seat guests efficiently and provide a friendly farewell to departing guests
  • Demonstrate hospitality by escorting guests to their tables and engaging them during the walk
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Be a team player and work well with others
