Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment
  • manage guest seating and maintain accurate waitlists
  • sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touch points regularly
  • present clean menus and assist guests with menu inquiries
  • thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
  • support the team in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to optimize service flow
