Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work flexible and long hours as required
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and exert up to 20 pounds as needed
- Ability to maneuver safely throughout dining and kitchen areas
- Ability to reach overhead, carry trays, and handle hot and cold beverages
- Capability to bend below the waist and communicate intentions clearly with team members
- Commitment to friendly, socially distanced guest interactions
- Dedication to maintaining cleanliness standards and personal grooming
- Must adhere to uniform policies and wear facial masks and gloves when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Friendly and service-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling safety
- Teamwork and cooperation skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly as they enter the restaurant
- Communicate accurate wait times to guests
- Engage guests with suggestions of favorite meals
- Escort guests to their tables maintaining a welcoming presence
- Manage seating arrangements efficiently during busy hours
- Continuously clean and sanitize high-touch areas and restrooms
- Maintain compliance with Covid-19 safety and cleanliness protocols
