Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Willingness to work flexible and long hours as required
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and exert up to 20 pounds as needed
  • Ability to maneuver safely throughout dining and kitchen areas
  • Ability to reach overhead, carry trays, and handle hot and cold beverages
  • Capability to bend below the waist and communicate intentions clearly with team members
  • Commitment to friendly, socially distanced guest interactions
  • Dedication to maintaining cleanliness standards and personal grooming
  • Must adhere to uniform policies and wear facial masks and gloves when required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling safety

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly as they enter the restaurant
  • Communicate accurate wait times to guests
  • Engage guests with suggestions of favorite meals
  • Escort guests to their tables maintaining a welcoming presence
  • Manage seating arrangements efficiently during busy hours
  • Continuously clean and sanitize high-touch areas and restrooms
  • Maintain compliance with Covid-19 safety and cleanliness protocols
