Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- coordinate and control guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals enthusiastically, seating guests, and giving a warm farewell
- walk guests to their tables while engaging them along the way
- answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
- effectively communicate with guests and team members
- work cooperatively as a team player
