Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests as well as all levels of employees in both verbal and written form in a professional manner
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to provide direction in a fast-paced environment
- manage time effectively and work well in a team environment
- must possess excellent customer relations, sales, and communication skills
- must possess at all times during employment a valid Washington State Department of Health card and any other government required cards
- a desire to learn, grow, and a passion for progress in this career

Job Duties
- Open the door for guests
- keep lines from forming at the door
- answer incoming reservation calls
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and dining room
- complete reservations in the computerized reservation system
- keep abreast of all food and beverage venues and menus
- complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework
- greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests
- notify manager of all guest complaints
- using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and venue floor
- conduct restroom checks regularly
- know our menu as well as servers
- assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the manager
- perform any and all other duties as assigned
