Job Duties

  • Open the door for guests
  • keep lines from forming at the door
  • answer incoming reservation calls
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and dining room
  • complete reservations in the computerized reservation system
  • keep abreast of all food and beverage venues and menus
  • complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework
  • greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests
  • notify manager of all guest complaints
  • using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and venue floor
  • conduct restroom checks regularly
  • know our menu as well as servers
  • assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the manager
  • perform any and all other duties as assigned
