Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, and taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control
- Learn restaurant seating layout and table division for server areas
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to specifications
- Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
- Conduct side-work as required for each shift
- Manage accurate wait times and respond to guest inquiries professionally
