Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to assigned tables
- Manage reservation bookings and maintain waitlist during busy periods
- Ensure the front entrance and host station are clean and organized
- Provide accurate wait time information to guests
- Collaborate with the service team to maintain smooth floor operations
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu or services
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
