Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to every guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- Coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to departing guests
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their tables and engaging them during the escort
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
- Work cooperatively with team members and support a positive work environment
