Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and capability to multi-task
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is a plus but not required
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet every customer at the restaurant with a smile
- Provide accurate wait times and manage reservations
- Attend to customers by providing special experiences
- Escort customers to their tables and ensure a seamless experience
- Give a warm farewell and invitation to return
- Focus on your team and customers by making decisions that always consider the guest and the team
