- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- standing for extended periods
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation
- manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times
- introduce guests to their server with genuine hospitality
- regularly clean and sanitize guest touchpoints
- sincerely thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
- assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized host station
