Job Requirements

  • Positive attitude and energetic personality
  • Passion for tabletop gaming and hospitality
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests to the space in a warm, positive and professional manner
  • Communicate with servers of new tables, size, experience and information provided
  • Facilitate guest intake to the waitlist
  • Manage waitlist priorities, communicating with guests an estimate of expected wait times
  • Maintain familiarity with the content of all menu items available/unavailable, rotating menu items
  • Maintain familiarity with the content of the games library, retail
  • Assist fellow team members when needed
  • Complete regular opening and closing duties
  • Follow all systems in place
