Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about wait times and manage the waitlist accurately
- Maintain the highest standard of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with store management and team members to foster a team-oriented environment
- Ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the dining experience
- Promote restaurant menu items with passion and enthusiasm
- Assist with any guest inquiries or needs promptly
