Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times and monitor the wait list accurately
- Maintain the highest standard of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Work closely with store management and other employees to create a team-oriented environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by living out the CPK High 5
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host station area
- Help coordinate guest seating and dining flow efficiently
