Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to greet Guests warmly and manage guest seating efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work well within a team
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits the restaurants
- Effectively coordinate and control Guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to departing Guests
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking Guests to their table and engaging them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Effectively communicate with Guests and fellow Team Members
- Be a team player and work well with others
