Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume and set accurate guest expectations
- Seat guests promptly and introduce servers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points regularly
- Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth guest flow
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and services
