Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience in public relations, customer service, or clerical preferred
- Ability to read, write legibly, and speak clearly in English
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Capable of pushing or pulling wheelchairs
- Proficient with computer and office software
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Good hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Ability to distinguish colors
- No licensures or certifications required

Job Duties

- Assist guests by directing or escorting them to their destinations
- Control guest access and movement within the facility
- Use computer systems and office equipment to support operational needs
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor under pressure
- Perform other duties as assigned
