Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about wait times and monitor the waitlist accurately
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate with store management and fellow employees to foster a team-oriented environment
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by following the CPK High 5 standards
- Assist in managing the flow of guests during busy periods
- Uphold company policies and procedures throughout all interactions with guests
