Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating them
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to accurately set guest expectations
- Introduce guests to their assigned server
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Ensure various guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain order and flow in the dining area entrance
- Assist with coordinating seating arrangements to optimize guest satisfaction
