Job Requirements
- Obtain all county food and alcohol serving certifications before employment
- Be fun, energetic, eager, and committed team member
- Have basic knowledge of Snooze service
- Ability to work in standing position for long periods
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
- Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in US
- Prior experience recommended but not required

- Familiarity with POS and iPad waitlist systems

Job Duties
- Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
- Welcome each guest and thank them when they leave
- Seat each guest promptly and manage waitlist iPad system
- Keep guests entertained and excited while waiting
- Answer phones, manage to-go orders, and enter orders into POS system
- Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
- Respond to guest requests and communicate with servers as needed
- Assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables
