Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience as a host in a busy restaurant environment
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic hospitality setting
Job Qualifications
- at least one full year of host experience in a high-volume full-service environment
- a commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and phone etiquette
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to address problems quickly and positively
- familiarity with POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules technology
- flexible schedule and open availability
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage the seating process efficiently
- manage reservations and coordinate guest flow using POS and scheduling technologies
- uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and service etiquette
- communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth operation
- resolve guest concerns promptly and turn difficult situations into positive experiences
- maintain an organized and welcoming front-of-house environment
- assist with phone operations and reservation management
