Job Requirements
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time (30 hours or less) with a flexible schedule
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Availability for shifts as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m. with fluctuating hours
- State Food Handler's Certification required
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests entering the restaurant while maintaining communication with other service positions
- Manage guest flow efficiently to reduce wait times
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Support team members by assisting in various service tasks when needed
- Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude to represent the brand
- Handle reservations and walk-in guest seating accurately
