Job Requirements

  • Some background in customer service is required

  • Physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts
  • Open availability including nights and weekends
  • Must be able to lift over 20 pounds multiple times per shift

Job Qualifications

  • Previous service industry experience preferred but not required
  • Some background in customer service
  • Experience with OpenTable or managing reservations and guest interactions preferable
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and storage standards
  • Ability to work flexibly in changing service environments

Job Duties

  • Greet and manage guests and customers over the phone and in person
  • Operate multiple positions with flexibility across casual and fine dining environments
