Job Requirements
- Some background in customer service is required
- Desire and ability to learn and work multiple positions over time
- Flexibility to operate comfortably in changing and fluid service environments

- Strong knowledge of high-integrity food handling and storage procedures
- Physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Must be able to lift over 20 pounds multiple times per shift

- Previous service industry experience preferred but not required
- Some background in customer service
- Experience with OpenTable or managing reservations and guest interactions preferable
- Strong knowledge of food handling and storage standards

Job Duties
- Greet and manage guests and customers over the phone and in person
- Operate multiple positions with flexibility across casual and fine dining environments
- Set up, organize, work, replenish, and clean professional workstations
- Maintain high-integrity food handling and storage standards
- Commit to sustainable waste practices
- Collaborate effectively with team members both individually and collectively
- Handle physical demands including standing and lifting over 20 pounds throughout shifts
